My life realizes subtle and tremendous benefits from practicing yoga: anxiety eased, an increase in energy, a steadiness in stance and a lightness in step. With several years of committed practice, I offer transformative technologies for awakening.
In group classes, workshops and private sessions, I safely guide students through experiences of asana (postures) and meditation (breath work). I support people in a loving environment where any body, mind and soul belongs.
